delicious variety historical architecture immaculate gardens helpful staff

breakfast had such a delicious variety! the building's historical architecture really impressed me. wandering the grounds, i noticed immaculate gardens plus very helpful staff. i especially appreciated the quick drive into town.

i noticed just a tiny bit of peeling paint on the ceiling.

historic mansion beautiful scenery clean rooms prompt resolution

The location impressed me. It sits in a historic mansion. The gardens feature beautiful scenery, and the rooms provide a clean environment. I found the house lovely overall! I was quickly moved to a new room with a free drinks voucher after a minor issue, i appreciated that. Staff addressed issues promptly and with apologies.

Breakfast options were limited. I noticed a lack of cheese, charcuterie, and rolls, so that was a bit disappointing

beautiful landscaping professional staff complimentary drink quick responses

The hotel grounds feature beautiful landscaping. I particularly enjoyed the short walk to the obelisk. The spa was amazing. The staff were professional. I received a complimentary drink upon arrival. The reception staff was helpful. They provided quick responses to my inquiries.

The room decor was dated. I noticed worn carpets in the corridors.

The breakfast food had nice choices. It included a good and rich buffet. The restaurant building is beautiful. I also thought it was good. The dining room offered no atmosphere. I would describe it more like a canteen.

The staff were polite! The staff were professional and courteous. Everything from check-in to check-out was fabulous. The reception staff were helpful, but the night reception was unmanned. I saw a staff member asleep on the bar chairs.
